3 Week Plan: $200 today, then $375.00 x 2 weeks= $950.00

Pay Weekly Plan: $200 today, then $150 weekly x 5 weeks = $950.00

I understand that once I submit my applicaton, pay my deposit, and I am accepted into Faith Forward's Nuse Aide Training Program, I m resposible to have my tuition paid in full by graduation and that if I do not pay fo my tuition, the card that I entered wll be charged the remaining balance.

Faith Forward Nurse Aide Training Academy is accredited by the Health and Human Services Commission and Approved and Regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission, Career Schools and Colleges, in Austin, Texas.

COMPLAINT POLICY:
