****PLEASE NOTE: IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST RENEWAL, DO NOT PURCHASE.  YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE COURSE ON YOUR FIRST RENEWAL.  You only need to log into your TULIP account and renew your certification application.

MED AIDE CEU COURSE

Thank you for your submission. You will receive an email shortly with access to the classroom to complete the course.  Please let us know if you have any questions.  Once you complete the post test, we will certify your CEU completion with the Medication Aide Registry and send you a copy of your certificate to your email address.  At that time, you may complete your renewal application in Tulip.

Faith Forward Healthcare Training Academy is regulated by the Health and Human Services Commission and Approved and Regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission, Career Schools and Colleges, in Austin, Texas.  

COMPLAINT POLICY:

This school has a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). The TWC-assigned school number is: S5322 .

The school’s programs are approved by TWC, as well as Texas Health and Human Services Commission.

Students must address their concerns about this school or any of its educational programs by following the grievance process outlined in the school’s catalog. Schools are responsible for ensuring and documenting that all students have received a copy of the school’s grievance procedures and for describing these procedures in the school’s published catalog. If, as a student, you were not provided with this information, please inform school management. Students dissatisfied with this school’s response to their complaint or who are not able to file a complaint with the school, can file a formal complaint with TWC, as well as with other relevant agencies or accreditors, if applicable.
