Healthcare Training for Veterans and Military Families

VA approved • GI Bill® approved at our Arlington campus

Faith Forward Healthcare Training Academy is approved by the Texas Veterans Commission for VA education benefits for four healthcare programs at our Arlington campus, 4772 Little Rd, Arlington, TX 76017. Eligible veterans, service members, spouses, and children may be able to use their benefits.

Benefits We Accept

GI Bill®: Education benefits earned by eligible veterans and service members.

Chapter 31, Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E): For eligible veterans with service-connected disabilities. Your VR&E counselor must authorize training before enrollment.

Chapter 35, Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance (DEA): For eligible spouses and children of certain veterans.

The amount your benefits pay depends on your individual eligibility, shown on your Certificate of Eligibility or award letter.

VA Approved Programs at Arlington

Nurse Aide (CNA): Hands-on patient care training with preparation for the Texas Nurse Aide exam.

Medication Aide: 100 classroom hours and 40 clinical hours for nurse aides ready to advance.

Phlebotomy Technician: Blood collection skills for clinics, labs, and hospitals.

Medical Assistant: Clinical and administrative training with preparation for national certification through NHA.

All programs use a hybrid learning model with in-person clinical training.

  1. Choose your program.

  2. Apply for education benefits at VA.gov. Chapter 31 students: contact your VR&E counselor first.

  3. Receive your Certificate of Eligibility or award letter.

  4. Contact our School Certifying Official to enroll.

Can I enroll before my paperwork is complete?
Contact us anyway. We'll tell you which VA documents you need and help you plan your start date.

Do you accept benefits at every campus?
VA education benefits are currently approved at our Arlington campus only. If you live near our Richardson or Seguin campus, contact us about training at Arlington.

Will my benefits cover my full tuition?
It depends on your eligibility. Our certifying official can review your Certificate of Eligibility or award letter with you.

I'm a military spouse. Am I eligible?
You may be, through Chapter 35 DEA, depending on your veteran's status. Check your eligibility at VA.gov.

Faith Forward Healthcare Training Academy is regulated by the Health and Human Services Commission and Approved and Regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission, Career Schools and Colleges, in Austin, Texas.  

COMPLAINT POLICY:

This school has a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). The TWC-assigned school number is: S5322 .

The school’s programs are approved by TWC, as well as Texas Health and Human Services Commission.

Students must address their concerns about this school or any of its educational programs by following the grievance process outlined in the school’s catalog.
