Dear Faith Forward Graduate, Are you ready to take the next step in your healthcare career? Faith Forward Healthcare Training Academy is excited to announce the launch of our Medical Assistant Program! This program is available for ALL FAITH FORWARD LOCATIONS!! Our first class begins January 25, 2027, and we are contacting our alumni first to share information about the program, our Alumni Scholarship, and the financial assistance options available. ABOUT THE PROGRAM Our Medical Assistant Program prepares students for clinical and administrative positions in physicians’ offices, clinics, urgent care centers, and other healthcare settings. The program includes 640 total clock hours: • 480 hours of classroom, online, and hands-on skills training • 160 hours of externship experience in a healthcare setting Students will receive training in areas such as: • Patient intake and vital signs • Medical terminology • Electronic health records and medical documentation • Clinical and administrative medical assisting • Phlebotomy and specimen collection • EKG procedures • Medication administration • Infection control and patient safety • Professional communication and career preparation Students are also prepared for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, or CCMA, certification exam. 45% FAITH FORWARD ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP! As a graduate of Faith Forward Healthcare Training Academy, you qualify for a 45% Alumni Scholarship. Regular Medical Assistant tuition: $13,250 Alumni tuition after the 45% scholarship: $7,287.50 WIOA FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE Eligible students may be able to receive financial assistance through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, commonly known as WIOA. WIOA funding may help eligible individuals pay for career training through their local Workforce Solutions office. Eligibility and funding decisions are made by Workforce Solutions, and assistance is not guaranteed. However, Faith Forward works with WIOA and can walk you through the process from start to finish to help in getting the tuition covered if you meet financial need. NEW PRIVATE STUDENT FINANCING OPTIONS We also have new private student financing options designed to serve students with a variety of credit histories and financial circumstances. Depending on the financing program and your individual approval terms, options may include: • Payments as low as $50 while you are enrolled • Larger payments beginning after graduation and employment • Income-based payments designed to remain affordable based on your earnings, STARTING AFTER GRADUATION • Options for applicants who have limited, challenged, or less-than-perfect credit • Additional private student loan options for different credit profiles Each financing option has separate eligibility requirements, interest rates, approval standards, and repayment terms. Financing approval is not guaranteed, but we now have options for students in a wider range of credit and financial situations. INTERESTED IN LEARNING MORE?
